General Information

The St. Louis Scott Gallagher Spring Classic is bigger and better than ever. St. Louis Scott Gallagher is proud to host the 39th Annual event at the area's newest and finest turf facility - Creve Coeur Park Soccer Complex! This complex is joined by World Wide Technology Soccer Park and the O'Fallon Family Sports Park for an ALL TURF tournament that offers Elite, Gold, Silver and Bronze levels for all 9v9 and 11v11 teams.

The St. Louis Scott Gallagher Spring Classic offers:

  • TURF fields - All games will be played on brand new, state of the art synthetic turf!
  • Minimum 3-game guarantee 
  • Certified referees (We bring in referee's from several states to match the level of our teams!)
  • Athletic trainers on-site
  • Bench’s at each field
  • Game balls


Team Participation and Loan Players

All teams in the Spring Classic may enter with a maximum of 22 players for 11v11, 16 for 9v9 and 12 for 7v7 on their rosters. The team or teams must be entered for competition in a league affiliated with US Youth or US Club Soccer or foreign governing body. Foreign Teams from El Salvador, Columbia, Canada and Mexico must have permission to travel from their National Federation. State and National select teams are eligible as well. Prior to the start of competition, teams must present proof of affiliation and permission to travel. Validated State US Youth or US Club Soccer member passes, as well as medical release forms, are required for all players participating in the tournament. All Team Officials must have US Youth Soccer or US Club Soccer Member Passes unless traveling from a foreign country.


Guest Players

A maximum of 3 guests are allowed. Guest players will need the proper state approved paperwork filled out. Individual Guest players can email us at mbohnak@slsgsoccer.com if interested.


Awards

All 7v7 teams will receive a participation gift (medals or bag tags)

All Champions receive individual medals and championship cup and all finalists receive individual medals.


Hotel Accommodations

Teams participating in the SLSG Spring Classic MUST (as a condition of acceptance) make all hotel accommodations using our The THS Company. There are no exceptions to this rule. Teams not using our tournament housing service will be disqualified. Please contact:

Application Procedures & Refund Policy

If you wish to participate in the 40th Annual Event, please complete and submit the online application and team information forms at www.slsgtournaments.com. All teams must send in payment within 7 days of applying. Payment will only be accepted by check or credit card.

Application Entry Fee:

7v7 = $699

9v9 = $899

11v11 U13-15 = $975

U16-U19 = $999

Application Deadline: March 1, 2024

Acceptances will be posted by midnight on March 7, 2024

The LAST day to withdraw from the event and receive a refund is March 1, 2024

GOT Sport will charge $20 per team for this event.  This is a separate charge on your credit cards.

Credit card payments will be charged an additional 2% to process.


Under no circumstances whatsoever will the SLSG Spring Classic Tournament Committee or St. Louis Scott Gallagher be responsible for any expenses (including the Tournament entry fee) incurred by any team. This includes a situation where the Tournament or any game(s) is canceled or terminated in whole or part.



Team Information

We pride ourselves on our reputation as being the top tournament provider in the Midwest! In order for the staff and our bracketing Committee to continue to further this standard of excellence, it is imperative that they have accurate and specific information on all teams wishing to participate. To achieve the appropriate level of competition, it is imperative that the application be completed in its entirety. You should use the NOTES section under the requests tab on your application to add any information that will help us accept and properly bracket your team. Teams not providing accurate and full information may be dropped from the event. To add notes, please read our FAQ’s for instructions.
