LEADERSHIP ACADEMY
The SLSG Girls Leadership Academy is one of the only programs of its kind in the country—a groundbreaking initiative designed to develop the next generation of female leaders in the game and beyond. Built specifically for young women within our club, the program empowers participants through intentional mentorship, hands-on experience, and meaningful community engagement.
Focused on four core pillars, the academy provides a platform for personal growth, leadership development, and long-term impact.

HOUSE LEAGUES
The Premier League is the SLSG In-House League for the U6 to U12 age groups.
The purpose of the league is to provide a fun, safe, and supportive environment which supports and guides children to develop their talents, knowledge, and appreciation of the game of soccer. In addition, the league will provide an entertaining and positive organizational framework to showcase soccer talent as well as educate coaches, families, and players about the game of soccer.
Finally, the league will provide an equal opportunity to all soccer players to participate in a competitive environment that encourages good sportsmanship, principles of fair player, and the building of good character utilizing the SLSG Five Core Values - Tradition, Humility, Respect, Unity, and Passion.
