WINTER INDOOR 2

The Winter Indoor 2 Program is upon us and will be starting very shortly at the beginning of January. This program will include 6 training sessions (1 a week) and 8-10 indoor games held at The Sports Academy. The program runs from the beginning of January through the end of February.

Games: The games and practices are held at The Sports Academy in Glen Carbon, Illinois. The Sports Academy runs this league and makes the schedule. Your child's game can be any day of the week. Most age groups play on Saturday and Sunday, but I cannot guarantee that your child's age group will play on Saturdays or Sundays as SLSG does not control that schedule.

Training: The training sessions will be very individual based technical/skill training. They will be 1 hour in duration and they will be ran by SLSG trainers and head coaches. The trainings will be held on Mondays (4:30,5:30,6:30pm) and Thursdays (4:30,5:30pm). Your child will have a specific training day and time that they will be asked to train based on their birthyear and team. The 2019-2020 age group teams will just participate in training.
