Last Friday Under The Lights There’s something special about Friday nights at the fields. The sun dips low, the lights flicker on, and suddenly the air fills with the sounds we love most — laughter, cheers, bouncing balls, and the steady hum of parents and teammates lining the sidelines. Every patch of grass is alive with motion. From the tiniest cleats chasing their first goals to the coaches kneeling down for a quick high-five, it’s pure joy in its simplest form. Friday nights are for our little ones — the heart of our club. The future stars who play simply because they love it. The ones who run a little too fast, celebrate every goal like it’s the World Cup, and remind us all why we fell in love with this game in the first place. There’s a kind of magic that happens under those lights. You can feel it in the excitement before kickoff, in the proud smiles of parents, and in the way the players sprint off the field to grab a juice box or give their coach a hug. It’s more than just soccer — it’s community. It’s connection. It’s family. Every Friday night, we’re reminded that the game is bigger than wins and losses. It’s about the friendships formed, the lessons learned, and the memories that last long after the final whistle blows. The Values Kit

A soccer kit is usually just that - a kit. A jersey, shorts, socks, and a number on the back.


But this one is different.


The Values Kit represents something deeper than what you see on the surface. Look closely at the numbers on the back of every jersey and you’ll find something special embedded within them - the five values that define who we are as a club: unity, passion, respect, tradition, and humility.


These aren’t just words printed on a poster or written in a handbook. They are lived out every single day by the people who make this club what it is.


You see humility in the quiet moments. In the way Papa Soto shows up early to the park to clean the inside of the facility. He does it without asking for recognition, without applause, and often without anyone even noticing. Just doing what needs to be done because he cares about this place.


You see respect in the way people stop to admire the names on our Living Legacy Wall - names of remarkable people who have played for, coached, volunteered, and shaped this club into what it is today. Those names remind us that we are part of something bigger than ourselves.


You see passion on Friday nights under the lights. In the way young players celebrate their first goals like they’ve just won the World Cup. Pure joy, pure love for the game.


You see unity even beyond the park. Sometimes it happens in the most unexpected places - when someone notices the crest on a shirt and stops to say hello. Maybe their granddaughter plays here. Maybe their nephew used to. But that crest means something to them, just like it does to us. It connects people.


And you feel tradition the moment you walk inside the park. Even as the world around us changes, there’s something timeless about this place. It feels nostalgic. Familiar. Full of stories and memories, the kind that will be passed down from our kids to their kids, and then to theirs.
