FALL FESTIVAL - GENERAL INFORMATION

Come to the soccer capital of the United States.  St. Louis Scott Gallagher is proud to host the 2024 SLSG Fall Festival! This event is perfect for Both A, B, C and even D level teams and we will have Premier, Gold, Silver & Bronze flights in all 9v9 and 11v11 Divisions. For 7v7 we will offer at least two levels and U10 boys will offer at least Gold, Silver and Bronze levels. Last year we had 310 accepted teams and had 40 teams in each Boys U10-BU14 division. Bring ALL of your younger Girls and Boys teams!  This is the event to help young players live out their dreams in this wonderful game!

If your team is an under 8 team, we offer a division playing up at Under 9. The plan is to have all U8 teams grouped together. Per the US Soccer mandate, we can't offer 7v7 for under 8, but you are allowed to play up.

ROSTERS/LOAN PLAYERS

U8 playing up at U9 & U9-U10 will play 7v7
U11-U12 will play 9v9 (If you are Under 12 and want to play 11v11, register your team for U13)
U13-U15 will play 11v11

The team or teams must be entered for competition in a league affiliated with US Youth or US Club Soccer. State and National select teams are eligible. Prior to the start of competition, teams must present proof of affiliation and permission to travel. Validated State US Youth Soccer or US Club Soccer member passes, as well as medical release forms, are required for all players participating in the tournament. All team officials must have US Youth Soccer or US Club Soccer member passes.


GUEST PLAYERS

A maximum of 3 guest players per team is allowed, however, a team using guest players may have no more than their maximum roster size. Example 22 for U13-U15 11v11, and 16 for U11-U12 9v9 and 12 for U8-U10. Guest players will need the proper state approved paperwork filled out.


AWARDS

There will be customized individual medals and team trophies for all finalists and Champions. Participation awards will be handed out to all U9 players.


HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS

Teams participating in the SLSG Fall Festival MUST (as a condition of acceptance) make all hotel accommodations using our The THS Company. Teams not using our tournament housing service will be disqualified. Please contact:

APPLICATION PROCEDURES & REFUND POLICY

If you wish to participate in our SLSG Fall Festival event, please complete and submit the online application and team information forms at www.slsgtournaments.com. Application Form and Team Information Form MUST be submitted online. All teams must send in payment within 7 days of applying unless applying at the deadline. Please send payment in immediately if you apply on our deadline of Sept 1, 2024. Payment will only be accepted by credit card (2% fee) or check. One check per team please.


Application Entry Fee for 2024: (No add on or parking fees)

9v9=$925

11v11=$999


Application Deadline: September 1, 2024

Acceptances will be posted on or by September 8, 2024
All teams must pay for acceptance to be considered
The LAST day to withdraw from the event and receive a refund is September 1, 2024

Under no circumstances whatsoever will the SLSG Fall Festival Tournament Committee or St. Louis Scott Gallagher be responsible for any expenses (including the Tournament entry fee) incurred by any team. This includes a situation where the Tournament or any game(s) is canceled/terminated in whole or part. Please see our refund policy under rules.


TEAM INFORMATION

We pride ourselves on our reputation as being the top Tournament provider in the Midwest! In order for the staff and our bracketing Committee to continue to further this standard of excellence, it is imperative that they have accurate and specific information on all teams wishing to participate. To achieve the appropriate level of competition, it is imperative that the application be completed in its entirety. You should use the NOTES section under the requests tab on your application to add any information that will help us accept and properly bracket your team. Teams not providing accurate and full information may be dropped from the event.
