This is the second (2nd) season for the Role Model Program.  There are multiple purposes driving the program;

• Create a “big sister” relationship between our older and younger players
• Help give future coaches opportunities to work in a training situation with young players

SLSG is currently creating it’s Role Model membership pool.  The pool is made up of current players in the club who are interested in connecting with younger players/teams inside of SLSG.  There is no minimum or maximum commitment when joining, but based upon participant feedback, anyone that has been fortunate to connect with a younger group in the past has felt valued through the experience knowing that they have provided a positive influence for others in the club
