St. Louis Scott Gallagher is proud to host the 2016 SLSG Fall Festival! This event is perfect for Both A and B level teams and we will have Premier, Gold, Silver & Bronze flights in all 8v8 and 11v11 Divisions. Last year we had 40 teams in each Boys U10-BU14 division. Bring ALL of your younger Girls and Boys teams!
The SLSG Fall Festival offers:
Minimum 3-game guarantee
GREAT, diverse competition
Athletic trainers on-site
Bench’s at each field
Several Turf fields in the event
U8-U10 will play 7v7
U11-U12 will play 9v9
U13-U14 will play 11v11
(U12 can choose between 9v9 and 11v11)
The team or teams must be entered for competition in a league affiliated with US Youth or US Club Soccer. State and National select teams are eligible. Prior to the start of competition, teams must present proof of affiliation and permission to travel. Validated State US Youth Soccer or US Club Soccer member passes, as well as medical release forms, are required for all players participating in the tournament. All team officials must have US Youth Soccer or US Club Soccer member passes.
A maximum of 3 guest players per team is allowed, however, a team using guest players may have no more than their maximum roster size. Example 22 for U12-U14 11v11, and 14 for U7-12 7v7 or 9v9. Guest players will need the proper state approved paperwork filled out.

There will be customized individual medals and team trophies for all finalists and Champions. Participation awards will be handed out to all U7-U9 players.
Teams participating in the SLSG Fall Festival MUST (as a condition of acceptance) make all hotel accommodations using our The THS Company. Teams not using our tournament housing service will be disqualified. Please contact:

APPLICATION PROCEDURES & REFUND POLICY
If you wish to participate in our SLSG Fall Festival event, please complete and submit the online application and team information forms at www.slsgtournaments.com. Application Form and Team Information Form MUST be submitted online. Applications sent via US Mail, Email or FAX will NOT be accepted. All teams must send in payment within 7 days of applying. Payment will only be accepted by check. One check per team please.
Application Entry Fee for 2016:

Application Deadline: August 25, 2017
Acceptances will be posted on or by September 7, 2017
All teams must pay for acceptance to be considered
The LAST day to withdraw from the event and receive a refund is August 25, 2017

Under no circumstances whatsoever will the SLSG Fall Festival Tournament Committee or St. Louis Scott Gallagher be responsible for any expenses (including the Tournament entry fee) incurred by any team. This includes a situation where the Tournament or any game(s) is canceled/terminated in whole or part. Please see our refund policy under rules.
We pride ourselves on our reputation as being the top Tournament provider in the Midwest! In order for the staff and our bracketing Committee to continue to further this standard of excellence, it is imperative that they have accurate and specific information on all teams wishing to participate. To achieve the appropriate level of competition, it is imperative that the application be completed in its entirety. You should use the NOTES section under the requests tab on your application to add any information that will help us accept and properly bracket your team. Teams not providing accurate and full information may be dropped from the event.
