Technical Software Program Questions? (example>> If you are having software or system issues? My screen keeps locking up? I don't see the invoice print option? I closed out and can't get back in? The system never asked me for money? How do I turn on my computer?)

FAQ:

Deposit and Deposit Deadline questions?

Answer 1 - All players must put a $400 deposit to secure their roster spot on their team. (Mo High school BOYS deposit is $250). The extended deadline is Sunday 6/26 at 10 PM and of course we understand there will still be hurdles (vacations / uncertain rosters spots) but we are asking everyone to please try the best they can to get these deposits in on time.

Answer 2 - For the players that are still active in the 2010/2011 season (State Cup / US Club / Showcases / Academy / etc) - the system will remain open for these special situations. Please communicate to Ken Godat via email on any issues or situations that require our attention - KGodat@SLSGsoccer.com.

Financial Assistance program questions?

Answer - It is the same as last year, with the exception that families can work off more than 50% of their Club Fees upon approval by the club. Click on the Financial Assistant option and you will be contacted.

Multi-Child discounts questions?

Answer - All players must be registered at the same time. There is an automatic 25% discount applied on every child except the most expensive child. Every child must be registered at the same time or the discount will not work.

Coaches Child discount questions?

Answer - Coaches should sign up to pay by check, then print the invoice and write on it that your are taking the discount.

Answer - If Coaches Child discount is spread out over the team or among some team helpers - There is no way for the system to figure out how to spread this so will need to work that out after everyone is registered.

SLSG Member Registration Instructions: It's as easy as One, Two, Three, Four!

Step 1 - Please read these Special Notes before you start on Step 2.

- This is a new SLSG registration system - DO NOT use the old TeamMania system or the Old Blue Sombrero system.

-When the parent is creating their NEW user profile do NOT use the same TeamMania user name that they used this past year. You must create a new username.

- When it comes time to select which team you are on use this exact description (see below)

- If you are playing up an age group - this is a special situation, please look for the checkbox stating they are playing up and that will open a different set of teams to choose from vs the normal age group player.

- You can still pay your deposit with a check, please simply print your invoice from this new registration system and mail it in.

- the "back" button is NOT supported in the site, so please double check all fields before clicking on the "continue" button at the bottom

- Coaches/Managers that do NOT have kids playing, do not register through this new TeamSignup.
